How can I get back copies of this collection?

To order back issues please contact our customer services team on (03) 8020 7112 or write to sales@allscript.com. Please note that it can take up to 21 days to deliver your back copies.

What day is each issue on sale at magazine retailers?

This collection is available every other Thursday.

How can I get copies if I live outside Malaysia?

This collection is only available in the UK, Ireland, Australia and Malaysia at the moment.

How much is a subscription?

Issue one is the promotional price of RM9.90, issue two is the promotional price of RM19.90 and issue three onwards is RM29.90. To subscribe to the collection, please go to the subscribe page of this website.

How many issues are there in this collection?

There are 50 issues planned for this collection.

Can I get free gifts without subscription?

These gifts are for subscribers only, but if you would like to subscribe you can do so via the subscribe page.

What kind of payments do you accept?

You can pay by postal order or bank transfer.

I have not received all of my issues, can you help?

Our customer services team can sort this out for you. If you email the team, please include your name and subscription reference number in the subject line.

I have received the wrong issue/s.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time giving 28 days notice. Please contact our customer services team on (03) 8020 7112 or email sales@allscript.com, including your name and subscription reference in the subject line.

I would prefer to pick up my collection from my magazine retailer.

You can arrange for your magazine retailer to be delivered your copy for you. All you need to do is complete a regular order form and hand it to them. They will also be able to help you when ordering older issues or alternatively our customer services team can help you. Remember, if you subscribe to the collection, each issue will be delivered to you and you will also receive three exclusive free subscription gifts!
